JUSTICE FOR ROBERT DARBY
Introduction
JASON MOORE is the innocent victim of a gross miscarriage of justice.

That is the honest view of the brother of the man Moore was falsely convicted of stabbing to death 16-plus years ago.
Jason has never denied that, on Wednesday, August 24, 2005, he was at the scene of a stabbing ijncident in Gants Hill, Ilford, Essex which sadly resulted in the death of 42-year-old Robert Darby from a single knife wound to his chest.
Jason, then 35, was in the passenger seat of a car driven by his then friend *****.
In late 2013, Moore and ***** stood trial at the Central Criminal Court jointly accused of murder. *****, then 39, walked free, while the jury convicted Jason based largely on the contradictory, unreliable evidence of passer-by Abdul Ahmed.
Judge Nicholas Hilliard QC sentenced Moore to life imprisonment and recommended he serve a minimum of 18 years. This means Jason will not be allowed parole until he admits guilt, which he will never do. He will not plead guilty to manslaughter because he didn't stab Rob Darby.

Tim Darby knows the wrong man was found guilty and, in what is probably a unprecedented twist, is seeking to have Moore's conviction quashed.
In March, 2017, Moore was granted a first appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice. But despite compelling new evidence from a number of witnesses who bravely came forward to testify in his defence, including Tim, the three judges dismissed the appeal.
Now 52, Moore remains locked up in prison, often for 23 hours a day.

But the resolute fight to see him freed goes on . . .
Backed by new evidence compiled by a private investigation team led by vastly experienced and widely respected ex-Scotland Yard murder detectives, and the unrelenting resolve of his family and friends, Jason remains determined to clear his name.

The campaign is led by Tim Darby, elder brother of the deceased, who is seeking justice for both his and the Moore family.
Using our access to police files, witness statements, court testimony and other legal documents, we use this web platform to demonstrate how the Metropolitan Police ignored vital key evidence that would have exonerated Moore.
We re-examine mind-boggling evidence from the prosecution's main witness, expose police and judicial failings, plus a succession of blatant, unbelievable lies from those who have callously conspired to pervert the course of justice.

We have lots more material evidence and other very interesting stuff to add to the site in the weeks and months ahead, so please do look in on us again from time to time.
Thank you for your interest.
